DRAGON LARGESSE

News Item:  China to spend $60 billion over the next three years on African
infrastructure and improving worker skills there.

Honorable dragon this is generosity beyond compare -- it is even more than the great
eagle gives to its pet crocodile which has a tail that gives its elected leaders whiplash.

We say if you have more food than you need to eat, sharing makes you and those
around you happier, whereas gluttony makes you fat and ugly and leads to early
death.

You mean what is happening to the giant eagle ...

I did not say that ...

It keeps breaking Humpty Dumpty all over the world -- Indochina, Pakistan, Iraq,
Syria, Somalia, Libya and from Libya to central and western Africa, and before that
Latin America.

The great eagle only uses its claws; we prefer to use the brain.  It talks about
democracy and it talks and talks ...

You mean talking about freedom for people while killing them ... more killed in Iraq,
Syria, Libya, Indochina by the eagle and its actions than in all their previous history.

I was thinking it has never had democracy in all its 200-plus years.  You can either
have democracy or concentrated wealth, not both -- the founding fathers preferred a
knowledgeable elite to ignorant masses.

Now 10 percent hold 76 percent of the wealth and the poor are plied this fiction as
the politicians supply soothing platitudes in the latest charade ...

They listen to the ones with money ...

They have to.
