FOOD IN BIARRITZ
News Item: G7 Summit in Biarritz, France.
What did you think of the summit, Mr. President?
Summit, schummit! They keep talking about peripheral issues like climate change ...
But sir, doesn't climate change affect the whole planet?
We had a pretty cold winter where I was fellas. The whole issue is made up by you
guys who have this one thing left to talk about now that I am running things. It's a
fantastic economy. I am not starting wars so there's nothing else left for you to justify
your amazing salaries.
Have you enjoyed the great French food on your trip here, sir?
Great food! Can't find a decent man-sized burger anywhere. Amazing! A mouthful
of food in every course, and you have to wait while they change dishes for the next
bite.
Are the courses not delicious?
Delicious! Can't tell. Not enough to taste it. The interminable banquets, and you are
hungrier after the dinner than before. Next time I am bringing my own chef.
What does he cook that is special?
One word, guys. Just one word ... CHEESEBURGERS!
