FIRE AND FURY
News Item: North Korea and its usual bluster announced plans being made to attack
Guam. Trump promised "fire and fury" the likes of which the world had not seen.
Fire and fury is what they are going to get the likes of which the world has never seen.
Don't they always bluster. Surely you are not taking such an outrageous threat
seriously.
Of course, I am and Melania agrees with me. (Melania continues to sit stone-faced
and motionless).
Sir, is the First Lady now a part of the policy team?
On this issue most certainly. It's become personal.
Personal? Surely, the attack is not directed at you personally ...
Of course it is. And I absolutely refuse to become Samson.
But what has this got to do with the biblical Samson?
Everything. I have a certain pride. The man is attacking my pride, my ...
Mr. President, you are a true patriot of you take a threat to Guam so personally.
Guam? What are you talking about?
Well isn't Guam the subject of this conversation?
Then what ARE we talking about?
Don't you know? Why does the press get everything wrong? That Kim guy is
sending me his barber. He wants me to cut my hair like he does.
