HOOF IN MOUTH AGAIN

News Item:  After winning the Florida primary Mitt Romney manages to
tarnish the victory by stating "I am not concerned about the poor".  He
added, "they have a safety net".

Some say Romney sheep are known to lack smarts because the cold wind
blowing across the marshes addles their brains -- blowing in one ear,
freezing the insides, and soon blowing out the other.  Well, whatever the
reason, the most famous native son of the Romney marshes is busy fulfilling
his destiny.

"I am not concerned about the very poor ... we have a safety net there...."
Yes, just leave 'em with a bare minimum consigned to a life of destitution.

"Corporations are people, my friend."  Come to think of it, they are born,
sometimes marry, sometimes get divorced and often die!  This Romney will
soon be giving them the right to vote.

"I like being able to fire people ..."  Yep! that is what vulture capitalists do.

And what about wanting to bet rival Rick Perry $10,000, a sum those in
poverty have to survive on for a half-year.

Or, calling his $375,000 in speaking fees, "small change".  It is, when your
income is more than $20 million.  But are you really in touch with the
common man?  Reminds one of Nelson Rockefeller's remark a half-century
ago -- "Take your average-Joe making $150,000 a year ..." (accounting for
inflation, that would be a million in current dollars).  It brought his campaign
to a crunching halt!
